"Before healing someone, ask them if they are willing to give up the things that made them sick."

FATHER OF MEDICINE

Herbalism and Phytotherapy

Herbalism (in Italy) is often considered only as a physical store, in reality, herbalism can be considered a science that deals with the study of medicinal, aromatic and/or medicinal plants and with the use both in the cosmetic and nutritional aspects. The latter uses differentiate it from phytotherapy. Phytotherapy is also a science, or rather, a medical discipline that concerns the study of the possible curative activities of drugs and their derivatives. Whereby drug we mean a medicine, therefore a vegetable or part of it that has a therapeutic action. It is better to specify that this science has nothing to do with magic or mystical or religious practices but follows the same practices as conventional medicine. Practically, herbal medicine indicates therapeutic applications following scientific demonstrations.

Nutrition

Nutrition is life. By diet, we mean the intake, by living organisms, of substances that may be simple or complex and which are indispensable for the construction of biological structures. Healthy nutrition is essential for our health and quality of life. In this regard, plant-based nutrition is a fundamental pillar for “The Wellness Ways” because it confers protection against many diseases and beyond. Approach and daily use of this type of diet will not only make our body and mind feel good, but it will also lead to a much more conscious lifestyle with benefits also towards the environment in which we live.

Reiki

Reiki is “an art of healing” which uses the laying on of hands to channel the energy of the universe. It is simultaneously an art of healing and a spiritual practice. It is a practice that comes from Japan and serves to “cure” ourselves and others. When we talk about Reiki, however, we are referring to Usui Reiki Ryoho, that is to say the healing method of Mikao Usui based on Reiki energy.

Holistic Self-Transformation

True well-being comes from harmonizing body, mind, and energy. This pillar focuses on empowering individuals to unlock their innate potential and create lasting positive change.

Drawing inspiration from principles of quantum physics, this approach explores how thoughts, intentions, and conscious choices can influence personal energy and overall state of being. Through guided exercises, energy alignment techniques, and self-awareness practices, individuals can achieve deeper personal growth, resilience, and vitality.

Rather than relying solely on external interventions, this pillar emphasizes self-empowerment and the active participation of the individual in their own transformation.
